Incorporated in 2001 by veteran logistics experts and Hispanic businessmen Julio Desangles, Ramon Perez and Milton Tejada, global freight forwarder Promptus LLC has relied on web marketing to build its growing international business base almost from day one. In 2007, they retained Miami web designer Bruce Arnold of WebReDesignMiami.com to replace their original web pages with search-optimized, W3C standards compliant XHTML/CSS that delivered top rankings, qualified traffic and many new customers. And this year, recognizing that the World Wide Web Consortium's Semantic Web initiative is ushering in a new wave of Internet computing devices like the Apple iPad which mandate Flash-free presentation and HTML5/CSS3 validation, Promptus again called on Bruce Arnold to get their website ready for "Web 3.0".
